He passed away last night.  He was my hero.  He taught me to ride horses, taught me good values, and was the best brother in the world.  I will miss him terribly.

Today would have been his 95th birthday.  Cancer took him away from us on Dec. 24, 1982.  He always remains in our hearts and we miss him terribly.

He was the kindnest man I know and the most generous, helping anyone who needed it.  He always encouraged my writing and bought me every new typewriter that came out.  He’d be proud of my books. 

In memory of the best father in the world.
